Final

For my final project for digital toolbox, I have decided to film and narrate a cooking show, over break with the lack of sports and my need for compaction. My family has been watching a lot of cooking shows and also trying to bake and cook lots of things. I will make a poster for the show in photoshop using my skills that i learned wow making the collage, i will not then record the video and then edit in imovie i find that working with apple to apple works better then trying to make it on premiere, then once i have my video i will make voice overs using my skills that i learned when we made wav files and to are own soundtrack. I’ve always told myself that i could do a better job then some tv people like i don’t understand why the edit it like they did, however after this project i truly understand the problems and why i does not seem perfect every time, it is really hard to time your speech up perfectly with your video or if you want to say something but don’t have the footage you wanted to make the shot how you wanted it.  For photoshop it was a difficult process first of all i had to come up with a name for the show witch was hard by itself but i went with FAYS KITCHEN witch is are last name and it kinda sounds like hells kitchen that’s what i was trying to get the poster to look like. I went with fire colors to make this happen kinda like how hell’s kitchen intro is with the fire and shaded red kitchen before the show starts to give it that appeal. I thought i made a funny pun on the poster welcome to fayvortown this quote is from guy fieri, who i just find funny and i thought pun was perfect for the poster .  editing the video was kinda a struggle because i did it before i had my narration which was a problem because it was easy to make voce first and put video on top of it then make video first i released this to late and spend a lot of time making shots longer and shorter to make the sound and video line up  just right. For this video my dad and sister in front of the camera made enchiladas while i learned how to make them and record them, i am very excited by my tv show episode and think you will like it and mad learn how to cook a little along the way
